WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A CREWSADER
Due to ongoing expansion we are regularly on the look out for capable, hardworking and reliable candidates who exhibit strong communication skills and are prepared to work long and, true to say, sometimes unsocial hours.
The role of a crewman involves undertaking manual handling jobs, including loading and unloading trucks, building sets, stages and assisting production teams in delivering brand activations. Crewing can be physically demanding and for the most part, a touch unglamorous.
With that said, you'll be working within a team of positive, like-minded individuals in some of the greatest venues in and around the UK. Without doubt, working as a crewman remains one of the most challenging and rewarding roles in the industry.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- ▸Self-motivation and excellent punctuality
- ▸Ability to work well within a team
- ▸Strong communication skills with ability to follow instructions safely
- ▸Sufficient levels of strength, stamina and endurance
- ▸UK driving licence advantageous (essential outside London)
From time to time, you may be expected to travel in and around any major UK city and may be asked to consider brief bursts of international work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Induction Day
Company overview, safe working practices, uniform assignment, sustainability and H&S policies, plus soft communication skills.
Probation Period
You'll be allocated site work under review, assigned to larger crews where a crew chief will supervise your work.
Welcome to the Team
Upon successful completion, paperwork is completed and you become a permanent member of the Crewsaders family!
